2020 Annual General Meeting

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for 9:00am - 10:30am on

Saturday January 11, 2020 at Hugh Foster Hall, Milton.


All members are invited to attend. Voting privileges for the AGM are for those who have had a valid membership at December 21, 2019. Any recently lapsed memberships have an opportunity to renew at the AGM.

* Please note that if you have joined the party only after December 21, 2019 then you are not eligible to vote at this AGM.

Matters to be considered include:

  • Report from the Board of Directors
  • Financial report
  • Election of Directors for 2020
