Term and Conditions:

1.          For security reasons and to ensure compliance with Conflict of Interest guidelines, all attendees must be either a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of      Canada.

2.          All attendees must register, in order to attend and provide guest name.

3.          Tickets must be purchases with a personal credit card.

4.          We must be notified, 3 days prior to the event, if a substitute guest will be attending in place of a registered guest.

5.          A Tax Receipt in the amount to be advised, per ticket, will be issued to the registered purchaser.
